Laura Stone is an independent consultant for several innovative brands in the highly competitive beauty industry, including American Medical Aesthetic Solutions (AMA)/ Meditime, a global distributor of advanced medical and aesthetic solutions specializing in high-end laser, ultrasound, RF, and IPL systems.

She was born and raised in La Jolla, CA. Following graduation from La Jolla High School, she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder earning a degree in Spanish Literature.

Furthering her education, she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles as a professional designation student in Beauty Industry Merchandising and Marketing.

To gain valued insight into the fashion and beauty industry, she interned at various fashion public relations and manufacturing firms in the Los Angeles area.

Following the internships, Stone accepted a position in the marketing department for Julie Hewett Cosmetics, a “Hollywood Glamour” cosmetics line founded by a renowned makeup artist to the stars. Stone’s years of experience and education lead her to the current role in consulting and sales.

An advocate against sexual assault, Stone appeared in Lady Gaga’s 2016 Oscar Awards performance of "Till it Happens to You" written by Diane Warren for the movie "The Hunting Ground".

She resides in Hollywood, Ca. Her hobbies include dance: specifically, the genres of jazz funk, dancehall and ballet. Stone was named Fusenot Foundation Manager in 2016.
