Nellie High-Iredale is a Luxury Real Estate professional in the Coastal San Diego area. Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. High-Iredale's early career activities included working in the family’s development and real estate company.

In 2006, she moved to California to further her career. Nellie's interest in Architecture and Design led her to pursue a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Interior Design. She also earned the NCIDQ Certification, the industry's recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer's commitment to the profession.

Her education and background provide valuable insight as a luxury real estate specialist assisting clients with expert guidance from functional floor plans, color selection, to creating the right atmosphere to meet the needs and preferences of her clients or finding an optimal layout.

Her philanthropic activities include volunteering at the Athenaeum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego

 (MCASD).   High-Iredale is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She resides in San Diego, enjoys traveling, playing the piano and is fully bilingual in English and her native Spanish. High-Iredale was named a Fusenot Foundation Trustee in 2017.
