Russell Ingledew is President of Russell E. Ingledew CPA, Inc. a public accounting firm in La Jolla, California. Established in 1987, the firm serves over 250 businesses and 500 individual clients. A Personal Financial Specialist as designated by AICPA, he is also an Advisor and branch owner for H. Beck Securities, a full-service investment management firm.

Additional career highlights include Lecturer of Accounting at San Diego State University and Chief Financial Officer for IPEX, Inc. (public company) and Cal-Star Packaging Systems, Corporation.

Ingledew received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii in 1982 and a Master of Sciences in Accounting - Taxation from San Diego State University in 2007. He became a California Certified Public Accountant in 1986 and a Personal Financial Specialist – AICPA in 2009.

He was a member of the armed forces, serving in the United States Army from 1969 -1971, receiving an honorable discharge upon his departure.

Born and raised in La Jolla, California, Ingledew resides there with his wife of 40 years, Katherine. They have three children. He was named Accountant for the Fusenot Foundation in September 2016.
